The month of June brings along with it many surprises. The warmer weather (at least in Canada) is always a welcome change. If the Boston Bruins’ Stanley Cup victory over the Vancouver Canucks did not catch you unawares, then you know far more than this scribe. Wrapping up the calendar month is the NHL draft chalked full of it’s own eye-openers, wake-up calls and all-around drama.
